Full Service Deer Processing
$150 per deer
Processing fees include the following:
- Refrigeration of your deer until time of processing to ensure freshness and optimal meat quality
- Skinning, deboning, and careful trimming of meat cuts to ensure the highest meal quality.
Premium meat cuts packaged, sealed and labeled. Customization of meat cuts available based on hunter’s preference but cuts typically include:
- Ground Burger (1.5lb packages)
- Tenderloins
- Backstraps
- Roasts/Steaks (Top/Bottom Rounds & Sirloin Tip)

Processing Selections

Processing Policies:
- All deer must be properly tagged with a Michigan Hunter’s License and a Harvest Confirmation Number from the DNR website
- Must present drivers license or valid ID
- All deer must be properly field dress with the anus removed.
- Quantity of meat delivered is dependent on the size of deer and the shot placement.
- Processed meat will be stored in a freezer for up to 2 days following completion of each deer.
- After 2 days of non pickup you will accrue a freezer charge of $5 a day for a maximum of 5 additional days.
- After 7 Days of non pickup Oakville Outdoors will take ownership of your meat and donate to the hungry.
- $100 cash deposit due when the deer is dropped off, the remaining balance will be due upon pickup.
